Accounts
Book-keepingA personal touch is offered with your needs in mind, either as remedial assistance or on-line (using ClearBooks or Xero accounting software).
Each method can be accommodated and site visits arranged, here or at your premises. Advice can be given on possible working solutions, if required, such as on-line book-keeping. Alternatively, a book-keeping service can be part of a more comprehensive solution, including management accounts and year-end accounts. Management accountsThese are distinct from year-end accounts and are designed to be run potentially at any time for any given month or time period.
They will include a comparisons of actual performance and balances (debtors, creditors and cash) against a budget or forecast, if appropriate. Year-end accountsThis service is offered in the context of the different reporting requirements necessary, for the self-employed to the small business. This varies according to current legislation.
The service can be offered in tandem with book-keeping, and certain records will be requested as a check during completion. On-line submission can be made to Companies House according to the statutory time-scales stipulated, and following customer consent and approval. Charity accountsAs previously for Year-end accounts, but submission to The Charity Commission instead of Companies House.
